Sharon Baxter, M.A., BCBA

Founder and Director

Sharon Baxter is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She designs comprehensive applied behaviour analytic or ABA programs for learners diagnosed with autism in the home, school, and community settings. She also provides clinical direction as a Senior Behaviour Consultant for adults and youth living in residential ABA programs.


Sharon is active in the ABA community in the Lower Mainland. She is a former member of Autism British Columbia (formerly ASBC) and is a former member of the board of the British Columbia Association of Behaviour Analysis (BC ABA). She is also on the ABA Support Worker Advisory Committee at Surrey College.


Sharon completed a Master of Arts Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and the Education of Students with Behavior Disorders from Teachers College, Columbia University in New York City and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University.
