Mika San Diego

Hello! My name is Mika. I transitioned out of formal education to focus on professional development and gaining hands-on experience.

Since 2023, I’ve been with First Connections, where I began working as a Behavioural Interventionist at F.D. Sinclair. I’ve recently taken on a new role as the Afternoon Supervisor at Frost Road, where I support daily operations and help create a positive, structured environment for both staff and students.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, watching shows, and spending quality time with others. 

What brings me the most happiness is seeing our students laugh, smile, and grow within the classroom — those moments truly make it all worthwhile.
