Jennifer Vellenoweth, M.Sc., BCBA

Hi, I’m Jennifer! I’m the Director of Student Services and one of the Behaviour Consultants supporting our classroom programs. If you’re interested in learning more about First Connections, I’m the one you’ll connect with. I love to meet with new families and answer any questions you may have about our program so you can make the best decisions for your child and family. 

I’m a BCBA and have a BA in Psychology from Simon Fraser University and a MS in Applied Behaviour Analysis from St. Cloud State University. Outside of my work with First Connections, I work with neurodivergent youth and adults to help continue to build skills and support throughout their lifespans. I’m passionate about working with individuals and families to support everyone to live a full and rewarding life.

When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my husband and two teenage sons. You’ll probably find me on the sidelines at some sporting event! I also love reading, hiking, paddleboarding, and enjoying great food with good friends.
